I needed a bed that would sleep my oldest (15), my little one (4) who I co-sleep with, and myself. This was perfect. It took my dad and I about 5 hours to build with all the proper tools and I could not be happier! Shipping was fast and this is very well made, the boxes are quite heavy, fyi.

Every time I walk up the stairs and look into my sons room, a sense of peace comes over me. These bunk beds aren't just well put together, really nice to look at, and all things considered, worth the cost, but they are a symbol that my son has the room he's always wanted. It's a sign, as a struggling single mom, that my boy is able to have the sleepovers he wants and the independence that he deserves. These beds mean more to me than you'll ever know. They fit perfectly in his room with enough space to walk around comfortably and they will be used for YEARS to come. Thanks so much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Straightforward directions but takes a bit to set up. Not exactly flimsy but not the most solid bed I've encountered. Some decorative hole covers broke during assembly but nothing structural. Would not recommend for rowdy kids or rental property.

A couple camloks but mostly preset nuts and bolts so not difficult, just lots of pieces. Our child loves it and I like the storage component. Good purchase, would recommend.

The bed took 4-6 wks to arrive, but it's a great quality bed. Very sturdy, the quality of the wood is good. It's grey wood with a gloss finish. It came with alot of screws, but it was also missing ALOT of screws. It took my husband about 5hrs to put together. It'll probably last many of yrs. Instructions were good.

Love the color from far away, but it looks and feels cheap the closer you get. Love the floor space we get from the lofted twin, as we use separately now and will use both beds together when our kids are older. The lofted twin is less sturdy than I had hoped and stuff stored on the shelves tend to fall off frequently. The spaces in between the slats are too large. We had to add extra slats for support, mostly because of how thin the mattress has to be for the depth of the lofted twin frame, but we did for the full sized bed to add comfort as well.

First bunk bed for our 5 year old. Materials are nice and nice finishes. The convertible idea is cool as right now he uses the extra space for a play area. The down side is how wobbly the bed is. it's supposed to hold 400lbs per bed but I don"t see it happening. Would recommend something sturdier.
