Really love this. My son wanted a bunk bed and I wanted something safe and sturdy. This set up not only fit the criteria but also was much more affordable than anything else I found. Instructions were clear and easy but you'll definitely need a second set of hands to assemble. Overall, love the bunk beds and I'm very happy with the purchase.

The wood smell was a little strong in the beginning, but after airing it out for a few days, it's mostly gone. Overall, it's very practical and works well for us.

Good product and fast delivery but when I needed a damaged part replaced took weeks to “process” and part has still not shipped.

If you're considering buying this, just know it unfortunately doesn't hold up well. It's been 2 years and the bed is now rapidly falling apart. I'm shocked and disappointed since we spent so much thinking this was an investment for our kids room. The bottom of the bed snapped a few weeks ago, and the side of the top bunk just broke off from what appears to be a single broken dowel. I'm just glad none of my kids were hurt because that is so unsafe! If I could go back in time, I would not buy this.

One of the boards was broken in half

The bunk bed itself is great, but it's a little useless for our kids without access to the top bunk. We tried to put the staircase together and a bunch of the pieces were broken. We've reached out to customer service, but it's been 3 days and no response. Quality control is clearly lacking here and customer service is even worse. It's one thing to have to wait as long as we did in the first place to receive our order, but to have to wait this long for a resolution to a problem with our order is absolutely ridiculous. I really want to love this bed and for my kids to be able to enjoy it.
