Love the color, and great quality! We had issues with the first being damaged, but customer service had decent reply time and was great to work with to resolve the issue.

Very happy with product, did take better part of the day to install both bed and stairs but is very solid and looks great.

These beds are very sturdy. A bit of a challenge putting the stairs together, but it can be done.

Absolutely love it. Directions were very easy to follow and my kids are so excited.

I bought this as a gift for my two granddaughters who share a room. They moved up from crib and toddler beds so I'm sure they find these beds very spacious! My son found the putting together of the beds somewhat challenging - especially the steps, he said. I purposefully bought the beds with the steps feature because I didn't want an injury from falling off a ladder. I am happy with this purchase and hope it will be used by these two girls for many years.

The bunk bed is great and my boys really like it. The only issue I had during construction was when we got to the step to construct the stairs. The image in the instructions was extremely confusing. Very Escher-esque. Otherwise the beds went together very nicely.

Purchased "2" set of bunk beds. One with stairs, the other with a ladder due to the size of the bedroom and "4" mattresses. Overall very happy with the quality of the beds. Solid wood, good hardware. Shipping is the challenge. While the beds were packed good, the risk of handling along the way is significant. Damaged parts delayed completing the room for two weeks. Replacement parts take time to get processed and shipped. When the parts arrived the shade of "white" was different. The headboard replacement has a "yellowed look" vs the rest of the bed.

Some gaps and piece not lined up properly. The side bar for the top bunk has no support. There should be a piece of wood going vertical to give it more support. Where the top bunk meets the stairs is not supported either. For the amount of money this bed was, I thought it would be made better than what it is. I will not be making any further purchases with your company.
