For those with limited movement in their life
This is perfect for the person that has limited movement in their life. It actually takes the work out of exercising for those that have limited movement! It does everything for you! I very much suggest that those with the need to get your legs moving, to try this Elliptical Machine! I think you will be surprised!

Love this Elliptical!!
Love it, it's quiet, easy to use, and has a remote control! I have limited mobility, and I have no problem using this wonderful elliptical!

it works great if you cant go outside and walk then you need this it also helps strengthen your legs so you can walk better and it is not to big to store anywhere when you are not using it .it helped me a lot

Does as it says
I use this at my desk job and it really helps me feel more productive during work. It does have loud settings to change speeds and you can hear it going up and down. Overall it works my calves and was easy to assemble easy to use.
