Maxell 190133 CD402 CD/DVD Storage Sleeves
These are cheap paper Sleeves. I've had better for the same price but unfortunately they're no longer available at a lower price. These work well just not the same quality as the others I've used. For the price per 100 they do the job.

Use at your own risk.
All I can say is they are too thin for my taste. Nearing onion-skin paper thin. I bought 4 boxes, examined 2 sleeves (had 2 friends look at them and they agreed they wouldn't use them either), put them back and returned all 4 boxes for a full refund. The sleeves are well put together and may be exactly what some people need but as I am pulling my discs in and out of the storage boxes often and stacking them before cataloging I feel these would easily tear apart and would provide little protection even in the short term. I am sticking with Memorex and Kodak.
