Maxi-Cosi Max Automobile Window Shade - 2 Pack, Black

These Max Window Shades are very easy and simple to use and they block out the sun well. I received another type of window shade for a baby shower gift that I had been trying to use, but they required the window to be rolled down slightly, which was an annoyance. These stick on to the window easily, come down easily, and roll up easily. Using these makes me feel better than my son is being protected.

I installed this in my car's rear window because summers get very hot and sunny and my baby just can't tolerate being inside the car with the sun shining in her eyes and making her very hot. We move the shades to the windshield when parked in a sunny spot and the car stays cool. A win in my eyes!

I adore these shades! My 3 children have destroyed many window shades though out the years simply because they aren't durable before these! I stuck them up once and haven't had to fix them once! They also fit the full window of my suburban without leaving any gaps! I definitely recommend

These shades came a week before we left for vacation and I'm so thankful. Our rental car didn't have tinted windows and it was nothing but sunny skies in Florida the week we were there. These were lightweight and stored conveniently until we were ready for them. They went up so fast and efficiently!! I would definitely recommend the to moms and dads for every day use or special occasions like vacation!

I have 2 kids - 1 in an infant seat and the other in a booster, I usually have to pull up the infant seat shade to keep the sun out of my daughter's eyes which annoys both of them because it means they can't play because it gets in their way. Having the window shades means I can leave the seat shades down and the kids have the freedom to play. Definitely worth it in my opinion.

I received these window shades in exchange for my honest review. I received a two-pack of these Maxi Cosi window shades to affix to my back windows, and help shade my little ones in their car seats from sunny days and harmful rays. They popped open quickly and had easy to install suction cups that stuck right onto the window. Instant shade. Only drawback is that these are not flush to the window so curious little ones can pull down if they can grab.

There definitely block out the sun however if you have a smaller car they are hard to use for children over 2 years old. They sectioned to the window easily and are large enough to cover most of the window, however the design makes no sense. The suction cup is in the middle and is super easy for children to pull off. It's also flimsy and looks sloppy from the inside. I love Maxi Cosi and have so many of thier items, this one didn't do it for me.

One of the shades I received, the suction cup was bend and made it a little difficult for it to stick and adhere to my window. Worked great to block out the sun but unfortunately popped off. Depending on how you ride in your vehicle it is a little harder to see out of the window. Would recommend to some but not all. Not super great for everyone.

I received the Maxi Cosi window shade for free in exchange for my honest opinion. The shade itself is a good size and does what it promises, shades out the light. It's very easy to install as it just pops right on. My problem is the suction being in the middle of the product leaves the sides fluttering out and wobbling around which my kids found to be fun to pull on. If there were some way to secure along the edges I feel like that would improve the shade completely. Instead it just flops around and doesn't lie flat on the windows. Like I said before, the product still works well, I just feel there are a few design flaws that could improve the quality of use.

I should preface that we have a minivan that has 2 built in window shades in the middle of the van and 2 windows in the back without window shades. I tried one shade on each sized window, one in the middle and one in the back. When I received these very neat, compact window shades, one of them was bent and I couldn't quite twist it back into shape. The shades are made so that they can be twisted and collapsed to fit into small spaces when not in use. I could see it being handy to twist them and fold them to place in the seat pockets. Secondly, I like the fact that there is a plastic ring attached to the back wide of the shade made for helping to push the suction cup against the glass when fixing it to the window. I also really like the Maxi Cozi brand and that it has its brand name printed on it for others to see while it is on the window. Conversely, the window shade did not stay on the large window next to our 2 year old for very long. She could reach it and the suction was not powerful enough to resist her pulling. It stayed on the window for less than 5 minutes before she learned how to pull it off. It did stay on the back seat window longer next to our six year old and placed in the smaller window, but eventually she either pulled it off or it fell off before we reached our destination. I love the idea of these lightweight, small, compact window shades. Unfortunately, they did not last long enough on our windows to provide any shade from the sun. Even thought this product didn't quite meet my expectations, I still LOVE the Maxi-Cozi brand and will continue to be a loyal customer of their brand of products.
