Maxi-Cosi RodiSport Booster Car Seat

Rollover accident approved! My 7 yr old twins were in these car seats and it saved them. Thank you! Now I'll have to buy more since involved in an accident.

My overall impression of the seat is that it was lightweight, clean and comfortable per my son's words. Once I took it out of the box, there was 2 pieces and it was easy to put together. It was light and easy to move from one car to the next if needed. It was easy to adjust to have a proper fit for my son. As soon as he sat down in it to test it out he said it was “comfy”. I will take that because there are times that we travel and being comfortable is super important to me. The material used for the seat looks and feels high end. I love that it can be a traditional seat and then can change to a backless booster. It's a great concept and the only booster seat I will need. It can be broken down from the traditional to the backless booster pretty quickly. The feature that stood out most to me was how easy to put together and light it was.

All 4 of my kids immediately wanted to sit in it on the floor after I assembled, even my little one who is under the 40 lb limit. They all agreed, it's comfy! It was super easy to assemble with a quick snap together, and equally as simple to install in my van. My favorite feature is the rigid latch install. We have used many styles of boosters and none have had the sturdy latch connect like this! It was so simple, and ratcheted in nicely for a secure fit. The headrest adjusts super easily so I can adjust the height for a perfect fit! I really like that the back can come off as my son grows (or if my older daughter needs to use it) and it will still be snuggly attached via latch system even without the back. So many options and adjustments- it even reclines! Overall, I am very impressed with the Maxi Cosi Rodi Sport! Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this car seat.

My daughter was using her convertible car seat as a booster before switching to the RodiSport Booster seat. She is 6, and struggled to buckle herself into our old seat since it was so wide. Moving the old car seat to another car was also difficult . The RodiSport Booster seat is so easy for her to buckle herself in. She is clicked in no time, even in the dark now! The clips to keep the booster in place are fantastic, and the seat is light enough to move if needed. I would highly recommend this booster seat! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Maxi Cosi Rodi Sport (cream color) through a promotion with the Stellar Product Testing Panel and have really enjoyed this product so far! As a mom of 3 children (ages 11 through 6), I have done ample research, for more than a decade, on car seats, booster seats, and ways to keep my children safe as we drive. Even though I had not previously purchased a Maxi Cosi product, I have always respected the brand, and the Rodi Sport lives up to my expectations of this great brand. The seat came securely packaged and in perfect condition. The instructions were clear to follow and I was able to easily and safely install the booster seat (with the back) into my car in less than 5 minutes. My son was so excited about a new seat that was just for him (especially as the third child who has received many hand-me-downs)! We both loved that the cup holder could be easily attached to either side of the seat. He has said that the seat is comfortable and is excited to take naps in it on longer journeys. I also love that I can remove the high back part of the booster when he out grows that and we can only use it as a booster for longer! Something of note is that I have already noticed a few small grease stains on the bottom seat. We were given the cream color as part of the promotion , which I think is a beautiful color, but the stain is more noticeable than the black would be. Despite this, I will certainly be recommending the Maxi Cosi Rodi Sport to others in the future!

Super easy to install, lightweight, and perfect for travel or switching between cars. More substantial than other boosters so very comfortable on long drives with great head support, and the seat belt fits just right. Would definitely recommend as I received this product as part of Stellar Product Testing Panel.

This is a great booster seat! It feels very sturdy even though it's lightweight. This seat is also very easy to install and feels very secure once it's in. My daughter said the seat is comfortable and she no longer complains in the car! There is ample room for her legs and I can see us using this seat for a long time. I would highly recommend this booster!

Wow, my son loves this booster seat. Very spacious and provides safety needs while riding on these dangerous highways!! I told my friend about this brand and she is looking to buy one for her 2 toddlers. Awesome manufacturers, its soft and the kids love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautiful looking car seat. I like the lighter neutral tone, and that it will easily go from high back to backless booster. I have another high end booster with a similar latch attachment mechanism, and I found this one much easier to install. The latch arms extend pretty far and make it easier to get a good locking position. It also enables us to adjust recline on the booster, which my 6yo son is loving. He is able to buckle and unbuckle independently, and this has easily replaced the previous seat as favorite. My one point of improvement would be to change to a more pill resistant fabric. There already is some minor pilling from normal use. While I would say the benefits definitely outweigh the minor aesthetic annoyance, that would be one thing I would love to see changed. I expect this seat to serve us well through our booster years. I received this product as part of the stellar product testing panel, but these are my honest opinions.

This booster seat is a big step up from our previous one in terms of quality and design. I love how the black blends in well with my car's fabric unlike vibrant colors in other booster seats. The fabric is high-quality and the design is sturdy, especially with the LATCH connectors. Some things I miss with this booster seat compared to our previous one are the cup holders and ease of setup. This one only has 1 cup holder and it's pretty small compared to others, but it is removable (great for cleaning) and can be attached to either side which is a huge plus. If you're looking for a booster seat that's easy to transfer between vehicles, this is NOT the one for you. Although the LATCH connectors do make it very secure, it makes it more difficult for quick/easy install or removal. I love that it can grow with my child as he gets older and bigger. Overall, this is a great booster seat that seems durable & safe to last through the years as my son grows.
