Don't buy
Absorption must be bad as since i started taking it my fingernails have become weak and quite growing... i called the CalMax and the person that answered the phone was not knowledgable... Poor product and is not a good source of calcium... I experience/believe...

I gave them away. I didn't even try them. They were like horse pills. I was thinking that they may have been capsules, but they were not.
