Great costumer service!
I had to purchase a replacement glass for my light post. I ordered the wrong one, but when I called and talked to a customer service representative, they were able to walk me through how to order the proper glass. They also took the old glass back. It was a pleasure to work with you!

waste of money
Very nice looking lamp but the entire assembly is held up by a 1/4" steel lamp rod connecting the base to the post. This rod rusts out in 2-3 years time and the lamp falls over. One small improvement would make this a great lamp. Needs a better support or stainless lamp rod,
