No need for anything else
Usually my coffee routine includes the coffee, creamer and sugar (sometimes). This packet has it all. I used to be a super sweet, extra cream kind of coffee drinker and have made it to just coffee and a decent amount of milk and it still tastes good, but this little miracle packet has saved me. I can take them with me and add two packets to keurig 8oz hot water and instant coffee. No need to search for milk when traveling, and it speeds up the morning routine nicely. The taste isn't bitter or too sweet, it is a nice smooth cup. I highly recommend this.
