57-year-old male, used it to exercise
Wanted to start exercising some, I use it in an empty bedroom, I dribble it like a basketball and I throw it rapidly up against the wall. Works good for my upper body and arms and a bit of cardio as well.

A dud?
We ordered two balls…one blue and one yellow. The yellow was perfect. Great size for our kids ages 7, 5 and 3. The blue one came with a pin size hole that wasn't detected until it was blown up. Walmart made the replacement process easy. Waiting on the replacement to see if this one is in better condition.

Can't play with a deflated ball!
I purchase two playground balls for my dogs to play with, and they were delivered with no air in them.
