I have been taking Vita Sprout for over 10 years. I take 2 capsuls in the morning and 2 more at night.regiously. I know that I have more energy and overall good health from taking Vita Sprout.. I recommeneded it to my sister and she is taking it too.

I like this product! It would make a good, general-purpose daily supplement. However, I use it in addition to my favorite multi, and on some days, substitute for my favorite multi. It has good amounts of the methyl donors B6, Folic Acid and B12, important for cardiovascular health. And I like that it has the sprouts (which I don't normally eat), as well as a blend of herbs and veggie extracts. It even has some Acidophilus probiotics! Good stuff!

They provide me with plenty of energy because when I miss a day I can really tell the difference. Also it is an easy capsule to take and I highly recommend this product because I have tried other vitamins and I find this one to be the best for me.

This is a super whole food multivitamin with good B-complex support. Whole food type are closer to nature & more readily absorbed I have found in my research. This along with Miracle Rich is hard to beat. Been taking both for years now.
