Item purchased misleading. Was not informed that assembly was required.. I had my neighbor do assembly as I am unable being 90 years of age. I ordered the walker under the impression it had a seat to rest on while walking with this walker. There is no seat. I would like to return this item and re-purchase walker with a seat. Please inform me as to how this can take place. Thank you for your consideration, Mr. Boyer
Small enough for the tightest possible places, yet big enough to get around! Great for your home, Dr. appointment and more! The compartment and tray is handy to have!
Instructions were a “challenge “! Not the same Walker as pictured! Instructions were for different MaxKare rollator! A “challenge “ to assemble due to “left over” parts with nowhere to put them.!Otherwise, cute, Easy to maneuver, lightweight. Looking forward to using my new “Hot Wheels “!
If I could rate a half a star, I would give this a 4.5 just because of the somewhat inadequate instructions. We got it together but I even went to the web hoping that someone had put together a video on how to assemble this item. The pictures are very small and it was tough to see how some of the items were supposed to be attached. Found a few but none were for this exact device. Ultimately made it. So far, so good. DH has only been using it for an hour or so, at this point. This certainly moves easier than the fold-up walker and because of the basket and tray, he can carry things and also place a cup of coffee or a mug with water on it and still use both hands to maneuver the rollator. I also wish these companies would mention they are including extra pieces (very nice that they do) rather than trying to figure out if I missed doing something.
rolls nicely is sturdy the only complaint is not marked , instruction says put right wheel and nothing was marked so put together by trial and error, rolls smoothly small enough to go to smaller areas , very happy with product just not the assembly instructions
I put this together myself just looking at the picture. It is well made and I would recommend this product to anyone with walking issues.Be aware that only the front wheel turns. The basket is very sturdy and the pouch is similiar to a backpack of good quality.the size is teriffic for narrow hallways.
My d-i-l assembled my 3 wheel rolator walker as I watched. She didn’t have too much trouble putting it together but at 85 years old, I am not sure I could have managed it. I am very satisfied with this item, it is GREAT and helps me with balance and I can walk further without getting shortness of breath.
Assembly was okay, however the one brake cable was not adjusted properly, and required adjusting with an Allen wrench that was not included with the package. Okay for me, but would be a problem for anyone without the tool. Assembly may be difficult for someone that is disabled, so get help if needed.
Purchased for my Mom. She liked how easy it was to use, liked that it had a place for her purse and also loved the basket with the tray on top so she could put her food on it and roll to the other room. She could carry books in the basket but had to take the basket off to fold the walker up to put in the car.
I like it, but be aware it has 3wheels, it’s awkward and it can tip if you push it out of your way. You need to hold the handles and push and brake. There no back bar to pop the front wheel over an uneven floor/ground and it is a heavy walker. You need to hit the uneven floor head on. It’s a good cart for my large house help me move faster and carry items in its basket. It’s for and active person who has a mobility concern .
