the bike was not what we were actually looking for, but arrived timely and in good condition. we had to return it but that process was incredibility easy and quick. defiantly a positive experience. thank you to the costumer service department!!!!!!!

Good value. Noise level is great. It is very quiet. Be careful with the pedals and make sure you use the stirrups to prevent injury. Learned the hard way😞

I belong to a gym, but I bought this bike to use on days I could not go … I also have meniscus issues and my chiropractor recommended that I sit and pedal instead of walking on hard pavement. YOU control your workout! The mechanisms are great and I really think it's a quality bike, and the price is unbelievable. The only problem is I slide on the seat but that's not a big deal. You're not on it that long!

easy to assemble, simple to use. I was not looking for anything fancy with electronics and stuff that could break. just want to sit on it and ride and watch a movie for an hour or two.

I bought as a Christmas gift for my dad because he rode his last stationary bike so much that he broke the belt. But he loves everything about this but the seat. He says it's uncomfortable, so he puts a towel around the seat for added cushion and comfort. The features look great for me but all he really cares about is time and distance.

the bike is easy to put together and very smooth to pedal. i have worked out on it a few times and i am getting good rides everytime. i like that it tracks my speed and distance because i log my rides and pair the data with my fitness tracker. The bike looks great also.

it's a great bike, just buy extra m8 square nuts for when the resistance knob doesnt work. from all the use, the threads on the nut get worn and eventually didnt hold the knob in place. easy fix. wife and i use daily with a youtube bike routine. no other problems.

Works as a great bike but If your wanting a real SPIN bike this isn’t for you, the handle bars are wobbly You can clip into the peddles and the seat doesn’t stay put

The seat became loose after tightening it so many times it won't stay in one place and moves forward and back
