It's very good to get into high cabinets. Is a little too heavy for me as an elderly but it works for what I need it for.

I rated the ladder three stars because it was delivered with a damaged rubber casing on the handle. It was split and will continue to split in time as I use it. The handle is too short. The steps are rubber for safety a plus. The ladder is fairly sturdy but not extremely strong. The handle for a four step ladder is too short to be able to hold onto standing on the fourth step. It is a decent ladder. The reason I said I would recommend this ladder is because it's a decent ladder. Price was not bad and better than several others. Looks just like other ladders that are pricier.

Assembly was poor. All nail imprint in rubber padding. Will come through eventually. Also had dents on both sides.

Arrived damaged. Looked like somebody hit it with a hammer and knocked the paint off of it, had a dirty handprint on the other side of it. I'm not even going to check it for sturdiness or reorder it. Just disgusting how this company will send used items out as brand new. Now I get to repack it and mail it back. Thanks for the hassle, Walmart!
