Before I used old pillow that I felt my neck and should sore After I used this cervial pillow that my neck and shlouder never sore now.I glad I got this new pillow.
I absolutely love this pillow! I’m a side sleeper and it still works for me. I have neck and upper back pain and this pillow helps to much! I even told my chiropractor about it to recommend it to other patients! I will say it is a firmer pillow due to the memory foam and if you like soft squishy pillows it will take you a minute to get used to. I have to have a firm pillow to sleep so it’s perfect! All my pillow cases fit it too!
The first morning, I woke up with an annoying neck and headache. But..... the burning nerve pain, numbness and tingling in one of my hands that I have suffered with for over a year, actually improved the very first night I used this pillow! I am a side sleeper, and still learning how to use it.... but very happy with it.
I had severe neck pain and discomfort when using my regular pillow. A friend suggested this. Since then, there's absolutely no pain at all. Lying on my sides felt strange during the 1st 2 weeks, but a breeze after that. My husband was convinced and we now bought another for him.
Went to emergency room with neck pain, the worst pain I’ve ever experienced. They gave me Toradol and that helped for about 8 hours. They said I’ve got osteoarthritis and I’ve been looking for something ever since. Tried this out and first night I used it, I feel absolutely amazing! Works just as good for side sleeping with CPAP!
I find this pillow to be perfect for me. I sleep on both sides and my back. When sleeping on my back I get neck pain and sometimes wake with a migraine. This pillow keeps my neck up and head tilted a little back so there is no strain. Other pillows seem to keep my head higher than my neck which strains it and causes the migraines. This is the 2nd pillow I have ordered like this. The 1st one was from a different seller and was rolled up so I had to let it sit several days for the memory foam to puff up. This time it came folded in half and as soon as i took it out it was perfect. No waiting to use it and there was no smell like some pillows have.
I love this pillow! I bought it because I had a really bad kink in my neck %26 after sleeping on it ONE night my neck was better after! It helps my back pain as well! I am so impressed %26 I totally recommend it! Also going to see if it works for my husbands snoring but I didn’t want to share mine yet so I may be buying another! Because if it also helps with his snoring that would be a dream come true! Sorry I haven’t checked that out yet! But my review for me is I LOVE it! Get it.
Likes: -Feels nice -Looks like a pillow mostly -I can make it do what i need by adjusting it backwards or upside down, etc. Nitpicks: -Its a tad to soft, esp in the neck area when side sleeping. -Its a little low for back and side sleeping. Neutral: -The arm cutouts aren't perfectly positioned for my liking, but I'll live. I use an old, flat, queen sized pillow or two under/behind it most everywhere is use this to make it work well for me. This pillow really shines when used with a wedge pillow.
The design of the pillow is too high from my bed, which causes stress on my neck. I ordered the pillow to avoid stress on my neck. Use king size pillow cases to cover it.
I’m not sure whose neck is long enough to lay on this comfortably, but mine is not. I have a completely average length neck. I’m a 5’9” female. I couldn’t find any positions that were comfortable. I’m a back sleeper on a 30ish degree inclined bed, so pretty standard. I’m returning this for sure.
