This is the best heating pad I've owned/used in my 7 decades on the planet. It covers my entire back and shoulder areas, encircles my neck and stays put. The heat generated is outstanding and really helps get rid of the aches and pains in my lower back and shoulders. At the highest level, the heat is almost too much, a happy problem I've not encountered with other heating pads. More than once I've been lulled to sleep while sitting upright in my chair, heating pad turned to max. Fortunately, auto shutoff kept me safe. I'm really glad I purchased the MaxKare heating pad.

The fact that this wraps around neck and shoulders is the reason why I bought this heating pad. And it's really helped me a lot already. It's easy to wear when I'm sitting at my desk. I was attempting to use a standard heating pad before I bought this Maxkare pad, and I had to use clothespins to hold it in place: and it was only helpful for doing one small area at a time. This covers everything that aches: back, neck, shoulders all get some heat therapy at the same time, which is awesome. I was surprised that it's so plushy: I've never had a heating pad that's so SOFT. And, I think it's weighted on the ends which helps hold it in place. This is the best thing I've bought for myself in a long time.

I need some extra warmth due to Doctor recommendation for my back problems. I bought a large, but it was way short. The extra large was a better fit, but that would be up to the person to cover the area needed.Rapid heating and multi heat settings, The one I received had no magnetic closure, but a snap and the bottom had a tie.

Soft all in one piece, snap closures thar come up %26 around my shoulder beneath my neck, all the way down to my butt. It doesn't scrunch up like the old fashion type. i bought 10 (yes 10) more to give as gifts. 3 have akready been given out and all 3 people have RAVED about how life changing it is. Gave 1 to a friend working in a very cold office, she cant have a heater, this changed her life, no longer freezing. 2nd given to OTR trucker with back pain driving all day. he wears it while driving and then again at night. 3rd an uncle in a nursing home, he called in tears thanking me, he had been praying for death due to the cold in the facility. I also gave him a battery pack (bought battery bank in Walmart in automotive its a battery booster) he hooks to his wheelchair so he could go anywhere in the facility %26 keep warm. Hes back to playing games and being social again.

I absolutely LOVE this heating pad. It's everything I need and have been looking for for years. It's NOT flannel as advertised though. It's a wonderfully soft, plush material. This will cover pain from your neck all the way to your lower back. The very best thing....it stays in place, even while sitting upright. The ties are long enough to go all the way around me too and I'm large. It has weighted edges at the front and at the bottom in the back which really helps keep it from falling or shifting. There's 2 adjustments at the neck so you can keep it tight or loose. I just can't say enough good things about this.

My wife was needing something to warm her sholders other than a blanket. It is soft, light and she loves the warmth it gives off. Getting older sucks, but the aches and pains can be helped. this works and will be buying 2 more for future use and myself.

It fits from my shoulders down to my lower back stays warm. I love that it has a nice auto shut off. And I like the ease of going between the different levels of heat overall pretty good product. I've only owned it for a few weeks. Will come back if it burns out quick.

I purchased item for my son. He is a plus size guy and fairly long waisted. Its generally hard to find anything that is wide enough to wear as intended and rarely long enough that it doesn't curl or roll up. He used it and right away was very pleased with the fit. He liked the temperature control that it actually was accurate. He complimented it enough that I am looking into purchasing one for my younger son and his family along with one for myself. I love the material and color. Thank you for allowing the customer to be heard negative or positive. I hope this helps some one. The price was very do able and it was received in a couple days.

I have been using these neck heating pads for years. I never can find one that's got all the things I like, but with this one, its biggest benefit is that it's light weight. if the problems with your neck are bad enough, you know that lifting a heavy heating pad onto your neck is not going to be easy and could also do more damage. It does have a little bit in places it needs to weigh down but overall it's very easy to move around as needed. The downside- When I first got it the temp was perfect for me, but I need mine to get really hot. 2 or 3 weeks in now though, and the temp is inconsistent. Some days it's perfect, sometimes the high temp feels like the low temp. I would suggest getting the warranty with it. These types of heating pads usually only last me a year, and that's with any brand, so a 2 year warranty is worth it. Overall though, this is one of the best heating pads Ive had, I'm just getting frustrated with the inconsistent temp

This heating pad stopped working a few days ago, just before the 90 days expiration date to return. It was working fine then all of a sudden a plugged it in and there was a flashing red light on the indicator and it just stopped working! This product did not last 90 days! And by the time I found the day of purchase, it was too late to return this item! I'm so disappointed! So, I'm stuck with a broken heating pad and I am one day past the return deadline of 90 days. I'm writing this review on the 91st day of purchase! I'm so frustrated!
