Love the new extension tolite seat. Makes going to the bathroom easier. very quick and easy to install. Puts together in about 5 minutes, great for senior citizens

This seat is fantastic! I can just lean on it and sit. It doesn't hurt my leg that I had surgery on for a broken femur. Very surprised how helpful it really is!!! Easily installed. I did it myself. I love it!!!

exactly what i needed. i had surgery on my right leg and it can't bear weight right now. this seat let's me easily slide off and get on my scooter

Don't know why the grip doesn't work
When I first received this, I thought it was great, seemed to fit but when I attempted to tighten it to the toilet, it never gripped tightly. I thought this would work itself out if I let it sit for a few days, however, lately when it is tightened the next time you go to sit on it, it has risen so when you sit down you feel it descend back to the toilet.

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED
This item did not fit . I requested a refund from both Walmart and the seller and was told no t refundable! I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! At. In point in the ordering process did it state this! I WILL NEVER ORDER FTOM EITHER SITES AGAIN, and furthermore, am spreading the news of the treatment!!

Duped. Walmart bad customer service.
Walmart will not back me up on this product. I pay an annual fee for orders and delivery. This is garbage. It's a hazard to anybody who is going to be using it. The chances that you will fall and it will detach are high. Also, warning you cannot return this product.

Measurements given on the site were not accurate, so it did not fit my toilet.And now I am stuck with it. got a very nice one from kohler they stand behind their product. from amazon

It's to small never been used but you won't take it back. So basically you stolen my money. You can't figure it out on a picture. Very unhappy.
