This is a very soft and supportive pillow. They are extremely over filled so be prepared to remove some of the filling. I removed about 1/3 from one and almost 1/2 of the other one because my husband prefers a flatter pillow. They are overall a good value though

firm, quality pillow that keeps overtime. great if you have neck/back issues. have had mine for about two months now and still just as firm as the day they arrived.

It’s nice and soft. Not to firm but not to soft where it would go flat as soon as your head hit the pillow.

Well made pillows from shredded gel foam. No chemical smell and include a removable, washable cover. Surprisingly heavy and while not yet used, suspect they will mold to my head and neck based on hand pressure after they were fully restored from their compressed state for shipping. Great value!

its supposed to be soft to lay your head on. theres so much inside it doesn't allow your head to rest.

I am so annoyed over this! 😡 the reviews talked of shredded memory foam and the picture even shows shredded phone.. but this is definitely NOT shredded memory foam! 🤬 I feel like the buyer put false information because I ended up with two solid chunks of pillows! they are heavy and as far as I'm concerned unusable for a pillow because of how hard they are! I am angry that I've got to return these to Walmart.. I will not buy from this buyer ever again, as the buyer definitely misrepresented these pillows, because they are not shredded memory foam at all but just one solid heavy chunk of foam- I would put zero Stars if I could 😡 I am mad about this!

If I could give this item zero stars I would. Worst pillow I’ve ever put my head on. Feels like a rock. I thought memory foam was supposed to be soft and comfortable?

Hurts my neck and is very uncomfortable. Outer material is uncomfortable and the pillow is too firm. Can't even wash and dry the dirt and germs that accumulate. Why would someone even make a pillow you can't wash. Nasty Uncomfortable Garbage and total waste of money You
