My son is three and this kept him busy for a good 30 minutes. He keeps calling it an alligator which is super cute. The suction to the wall and ceiling is really good as long as you keep the white paper pieces equally to the sides. It is made of very thin plastic so if your kid isn't gentle, I don't recommend yet but it is really really cool! A cool feature is that it can also move on the floor as well if you switch it to that mode. It's simple to use.

This is a pretty cute little idea for 6 year old obsessed with spiders. It's a little loud because it seems to use an air suction to climb on the walls. Not loud on the floor. Easy to operate and I love the charging feature. Also - funny toy for your pet! My dog loves chasing it! I think it was well worth and the current sale price.

I never expected this to actually climb the walls and work. IT WORKS! It really works! Make sure to not remove the paper around the spider body, as that's what keeps it from falling off the wall. How does it work? Vacuum seal. That's why you want to not remove the paper. Don't worry, it doesn't show. This does not work on carpet, but works great on a hard surfaced floor. My wall is a basic sheetrock pained wall, so that seems to be smooth enough to make it work. The vacuum sound is a bit loud, so there is no way to sneak this to anyone for a scare. The remote is small, easy to use and responsive. You will need two AAA batteries. I thought it would be a fun cat toy. Two of the cats are not amused, one loves it and the other is still deciding. The fact this actually works, does all that it claims is awesome. It does not disappoint. The spider get charged with they typical charging cord, which is included.

So when I first received this chameleon I thought it wouldn't actually be good or climb on walls because it was so light and the box art is AI but when I tried it out it actually climbs on the walls and the floor and the remote is easy to use. It used 2 triple A batteries for the remote and it can be charged. The eyes light up and the top of it is cute, you can see a bit of the wires and the electronic parts in the bottom but it doesn't bother its appearance because you only look at it from the top. The tail is soft and rubbery and the rest of the body is plastic- I haven't had it for a long time but it's worked for 7 days. . If you hold down one of the buttons you can make it spin. It's loud when it climbs on the walls. Overall I think it's a really good toy and it's really fun to see climbing and moving.

This gecko is fun and easy to use. The figure really does crawl and spin on both the floor and the wall. Underneath it is a little switch to determine whether it's going to climb the wall or the floor. That might be hard for a young child, but it's pretty straightforward. The gecko itself plugs into a USB port to recharge, so that is convenient, It comes with a remote that looks like a small video game remote. That takes batteries, and it does not come with batteries; it had a pretty small screw, so I would say adding batteries can improve the product so that the consumer does not have to do that. I thought it was fun to use, and my dogs were super interested. The gecko is very lightweight. The lightweightness almost gives it a cheap feeling, but it might need to be that way for the type of climbing it does. It's certainly very cool looking and it has neat movements. When it climbs on the wall, it makes a sound similar to what a vacuum would make. Overall, I thought this was a fun toy, and I would recommend it.

It really does stick to the wall! The way it sticks doesn't seem like it's going to hold up long, though. It uses some type of suction paired with paper flaps that close out airflow. It's neat but feels really cheap. When it climbs walls, it's very loud. It moves really fast so it could be startling to some. Also, it's definitely a chameleon. Not a gecko. Overall it feels really cheap, so I wouldn't personally give it as a gift but if your kid is really into lizards it's an entertaining toy they can play with until it breaks. The remote control part needs AAA batteries, and those do not come with the toy.

i don't like the hard plastic,it runs so fast, maybe to fast, it flys off the wall,doesn't go on the floor well, my 10 yr old grandson likes it

The spider is cute and works as described. its fast and a bit hard to control but the grandkids had fun with it. it does go up walls, its lightweight and a vacuum holds it to the wall. its a bit cheap looking and you can see the material around the bottom that makes the seal for the vacuum and its white when it should be black. It also has cute glowing green eyes.

my son was so excited to try this but we were sadly disappointed. the legs were really random on which ones would work. the vacuum suction noise it makes is pretty loud and it wouldn't stick to the walls or climb up them it seemed to heavy. on the plus side the dogs loved chasing it and it is a type c charger which is convenient
