Great product works well. It is a little heavy but it went right through the hedge no problems. We needed one that has a longer pole and this fits the bill.
So far it performs great. Hedge trimmer only handles smaller diameters but to be expected. Chainsaw cut like butter. Battery held up great for the amount of work I had.
I have only used it one time, but it preformed beautifully. I have more jobs for it to do and I am sure it will be great to be able to reach unwanted vines that are up high with out using a ladder
I gave this a 5 star rating but will mention it does not trim as quickly or smoothly as my electric trimmers. It did serve its purpose topping off a tall bush which is what i bought it for
Has good performance, but because of its length and weight can get cumbersome when extended to full length. The battery charging is low tech and you need to monitor while charging the batteries.
Easy to assemble but heavy to use.
I don't usually give bad reviews. Unfortunately this was an exception. It worked twice and then the battery quit on me. Charged it and it had red, green and yellow on it so that let me know it wasn't working. Called to obtain another one and it was sent. Charged the battery and it didn't work either. When it did work it worked and very good. It's the battery so it ended up being useless.
Broke after 90 min of use. Could not contact the seller as they were having technical difficulties. My all state protection plan does not start until the one year manufactures warranty expires. I'm already in over three hours to return the item, going to chats, emails, phone calls.
Item was broken. Box was in damaged so the broken item (compartment for bar oil) was mailed broken. Was a Christmas gift…just opened to trim trees and found broken part.
It's didn't work anymore after the first use and I had to return.
