I only marked this down on the value question -because all of these are clearly within the range of $30 all over the online retail world but this has the original price at $99.99 which is so deeply deceiving imo. Yes this is worth what it is currently priced at but it is no different than the others at the same price point so don't be fooled that this is something of higher value but on sale. I can't touch the cover because I have to wash it several times first due to chemical reactions that I have but it looks soft and the silver color is nice. The temperature takes a good amount of time to be reached but I can't touch say that it does actually meet the listed levels and temperatures listed if you wait a half hour or so. I used a meat thermometer to test it. On 9 it hit 135.5f when I got tired of checking but I'm sure if I waited a bit more it would hit the 141f ! The cord protection is a good idea and the timer is cool too! Easy to program and read.
well my little buddy loves it. he prefers it. hasn't touched his pillow bed since. . the settings are easy %26 it doesn't get too hot if left on high. it's Not a heating pad..... it's like a bed warmer.... not to hot %26 not to cold. ..it's just right says Toby. my buddy koolaid looks at me wanting one too. . I can't say no to that face. . your little family members will love you.

My 17 year old female cat loves it, she is not cold anymore.
The heating pad would not get hot barely gets warm on the high . It has a soft cushion feeling between the pad and the heating element. On high it felt like low heat. Was not effective for my 19 year old arthritic cat. So I am returning it. It was a nice length and I liked the ability to set the timer. User friendly just not effective.
