l always liked Maxell. They are the best. will order another in the future.

This specific product was by far the most successful of all of the several different brands/variations I trying to restore my mom's old Bose radio/cd player. The unit was extremely dusty, and was usually kept in Mom's bathroom. Between all the dust and humid environment, the cd player was not behaving at all. NOTE that you may have to run the disc in your cd player several times before you get successful result, depending on how dirty/dusty your unit is inside, but if dust is the problem, this little guy will get the job done! Compared to other similar products I tried, this one did the best job. it was faster, the easiest to use, and I was quite pleased with the result.

I think this product work alright, I don't know if it fixed the cd player I tried it in , but it did work in my DVD player.

Was pleased to find this online one of the few places infound one like this. It came on time.

I bought this cleaner / demagnetizer for our game consoles and blu ray player. Even though the ad shows 2 different cleaners, you only get one, the one that doesn't demagnetize them. So, in short, you get the one in the hard case, not the blue one as shown in ad.

This cleaner didn't fix the pryi am having with my cd player.

I ordered Maxell CD 34 lens cleaner but received Maxell CD-340 lens cleaner instead, which I already have. I would like to return wrong items(2) CD-340 and have CD-34 sent to me. Please contact me with instructions.

Sent the 340 instead of the 34 that I ordered. It won't change to track 3 . Can't get any response from Maxell when I attempt to contact them.
