To begin, I would give this 5 stars for taste, but zero stars for health, so I rated it in the middle. I have been drinking this beverage for over 35 years. I love the taste, which is milky, sweet and faintly coffee-like. It's hard to give up and I've heard other people say the same thing. What is more likely than giving it up is to begin adding extra spoonfuls to your cup! I've heard that from others too.
For the most part I eat organic food cooked from fresh ingredients. If that sort of diet is important to you, you may wish to review the ingredient list before you buy. Remember, it is called a beverage, not coffee, and though it contains some "instant coffee," we don't know how much. Before the coffee, the ingredient list includes: non-dairy creamer [corn syrup solids, partially hydrogenated coconut oil, sodium caseinate, dipotassium phosphate, mono-and diglycerides, artificial flavor], and sugar. After the coffee, we have: maltodextrin, sodium citrate, natural & artificial flavor, artificial color, and silicon dioxide.
It is also expensive, from about $3/can to over $5. It says you get 17 servings, but I can tell you, at that ratio it's going to taste mighty weak. I get about half that.
So, if you haven't tried it yet, pour yourself a cup of real coffee, add real milk and sugar and leave this product to those of us who have probably pickled our insides with the yummy stuff.
