I do not understand why I can't get this item locally anymore.

I have been drinking GFIC since it first came on the market. I think it was in the 70's. So yeah 40 plus years. Now I am having trouble finding it in the stores. Each store Cafe Francis is the only one missing. Now I am getting concerned it is going off market. That would make me very sad if it is the case. Please tell me this is not the case. Is there a way I can purchase it by the case online without paying a fortune for it?

I have been drinking Cafe Francais since the mid 80s. The recipe has changed but I remained loyal. The original was more bitter and had to add a little sugar. Now I need to drink 9 tbsp of the coffee because I suspect there is more creamer than coffee. When I go to the store I buy at least 3 cans at a time

I have been drinking this coffee for @20 years. I have noticed the changes of continued decrease in flavor, but the past two tins I've used, when I add the coffee to my hot water, there is a sizzle sound. What are you putting in this coffee?! It's never done that before. After having bought 2-4 cans of this weekly for the last however many years, I am lessening the amount of what I drink cause I am losing trust in you. What are you putting in the coffee to now make it sizzle? (The sad part is that I've been loyal to you and have recommended you, but I can do that no longer.)

I've purchased this coffee for decades, but the price has recently DOUBLED and I refuse to pay that much for it....Ever....not worth the new price!! 😡

I have been buying Cafe Vienna since my college days - that's 37 years of being a loyal customer. What on earth would possess you people to change the recipe? Gone is the rich delicious flavor. You replaced it with some kind of cheap treacly substitute which is watery, flavorless and completely awful. CHANGE IT BACK.

Like others here posting, I totally agree that this coffee has changed so much that I no longer look forward to my daily morning treat. I almost spit it out the first time I tasted how different it was- all of a sudden you change your flavoring and ruin the product! I am SOOOOOOOOO disappointed!

I too have been drinking this for years and have noticed the recent change. I really dislike it. Yet we haven't had any acknowledgement from the company that a change was made. Can we get such an acknowledgement and a reason why this would be done without even labelling the container to indicate a "New Flavor!" It makes no sense, and I will certainly stop buying your product until I know for sure that it's reverted back to its old flavor.
