Okay coffee
I am a Folgers decaf coffee person but could only buy 80 K cups which I thought a little too many. This is why I tried the Maxwell House. It's okay but I will go back to Folgers which I prefer.

Disgusted with Ray Block Stationary
The Maxwell House coffee is fine. I have a complaint about the shipper, Ray Block Stationary. I was charged double the listed price. My written requests for a refund fall on blind eyes. First, I received a semi-form letter. Nothing I send to them, including a copy of the charge, receives personal attention. I keep getting a standard reply. Consequently, I am contesting 1/2 of the charge on my credit card bill. The company should comp the whole purchase because of the hassle. In my opinion this is not a good vendor for Walmart to promote. I will never use Ray Block again.

Worst customer service ever experienced!!
Ordered on Mar 4 and still have not received it - it should have been delivered by now and today is Mar 16. The courier (USPS) tracking says they have not received the package and to make matters worse there is absolutely no way of canceling the order online or by phone - sounds like an exaggeration but it's not. It is the most frustrating experience I've ever had dealing with an online purchase.
