I'm a fan of how I can control the amount of coffee and make it as concentrated as I want. This dissolves so easily, and it is so convenient for when I'm rushing out of the house. I totally love that I can make so many cups from this container and it's not too acidic for my taste!

I found that I needed to tweak it to my personal preferences. As coffee, it has a bitter aftertaste. But I found some recipes that use instant coffee and tried it in a brownie recipe. It worked perfectly and they tasted amazing. I was also able to make a dupe recipe for a coffee peanut butter shake using this. It dissolved easily and fully, and appeared like traditionally brewed coffee. This is something I’d keep on hand for its versatility.
