Arrived damaged; not getting reply in reqyests for support
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fan would be okay if intact; a little flimsy but about what I paid for. But it ain't right. I need help here, folks: The shipping package was damaged and the axle was busted, requiring replacement. The outer housing is also dented, but arguably not enough to deal with the hassle of full return and replacement if we can sort the axle problem. Inside the carton is a slip instructing a call to ventamatic with problems. I have been trying them all week and getting sent to voicemail. As you might now have guessed, they are not returning my call. I will keep trying ventamatic, but right now I am less than pleased.
