I think this works exceptionally well for inflammation. It is very easy to mix it up in a smoothie and even adds some flavor. My knees were bothering me, after a few weeks I began to feel a difference. Definitely good for pain relief.Looks to me like it helps keep your immune system in balance. Another one of natures gifts.

Easy to use Organic Nopal - Great for smoothies!
Love the health benefits of prickly pear nopal cactus. This powder is organic and is great for using on the go. I add 1 tablespoon to my smoothies and or whisk into water or juice.
