I love Valerian Root as a part of my nighttime regimen of winding down, but I have always taken it in pill form. This liquid extract is great because I can just add it to my evening tea. These drops are great for helping me to relax and sleep at night. I'm having a more difficult time falling asleep at night, and I don't want to use a chemical sleeping pill that I could get addicted to. I take these drops at night in some juice about 45 min before bedtime, and they really work very well. Sometimes I will supplement with some Melatonin if I'm really wound up. These Valerian root drops by Maxx Herb taste really good and I feel they are more effective than taking capsules. When I have a hard time winding down and falling asleep, I take it 20-30 minutes before bed and it helps me sleep. What I like the most, is that it's natural, non habit forming and I don't wake up groggy at all!

I like dropper full before bed to help me sleep and relax, its my wine, but healthy! I" ve taken Valerian for years but never in a good tasting liquid, I'am hooked and according to My Garmin, Fenix I really do get a deeper sleep,
