MaxxHaul Hitch Adapter with 4" Drop/Rise

I needed to raise my 1 1/4" hitch for my 2"bicycle rack because of scraping driveway skirts. Adapter works great raised it 4"

Needed this to raise the level of the hitch receiver for a hitch shelf behind a custom van. Van's hitch was too low to the ground. Fits nicely, works well.

Best fit and size versus my other unit which stuck out too far and wobbled and made noise and rusted! This hitch has great welds and heavy paint. My van looks like a custom job. Absolutely wonderful!

I could not be happier with my "Rise Black Hitch Adapter!" It allows my deer container / hauler to maintain at an acceptable height and not have contact with the pavement, as was the problem previously. Thank you for a tremendous product!

About this to raise the height of a travel luggage rack on the back of my Ford Fiesta. Works really well for what I needed but I will say that it was to long to fit in my reciever and had to trim some metal off so it would slide in. This is not for towing but I do keep a hitch in there when I'm not using the rack for rear end protection.

I needed to purchase an adapter due to the small adapter side to fit into my vehicle's hitch. This requires an additional part, which is not recommended. Since I am only using it to prevent my exhaust pipe from melting the bins on my hitch carrier, this is less of a concern. The bottom line is it works well and will do what I needed it to.

I wanted this for lite towing, it's stamped "NOT FOR TOWING " It should state that in the product details !!! I'm only towing a kayak in a small trailer

Fit ok but we had to drill a new hole for the pin to line up. The back of the 2" part hit the bumper before the lower pin would line up.
