Enjoying it
I'm consuming this product in my raw salads for lunch. It is fresh and tasty. I checked the expiration date, more than enough time to enjoy it. It's a nearly 2 lb bag; I put 1/2 in the freezer.

Fresh and great value.
These pumpkin seeds are fresh and delicious and a great bargain. I roasted them in an oven at 300° for 18 minutes and then stored them in a glass jar for easy snacking. Will order again.

Terrible Product!
Raw, unsalted pumpkin seeds (aka pepitas) are one of my favorite foods. I can't get enough of them! But these were terrible! They were a mixture of dark green, light green, yellow, and white seeds, and had a weird taste and smell. I'm told that white or yellow seeds could mean that they weren't stored properly. (The brand I usually get are all dark green and taste wonderful!) Either way, I literally couldn't eat them, they tasted so bad. Got a refund for them.
