Maybelline Brow Drama Pomade Crayon, Blonde

Devastated that this product has been discontinued. It took literally 2min to do my brows with this- loved not having to waste time drawing lines, using a brush with powder or combing through a clumpy gel. Subtle, natural, fast and agreat price. Sadly I'm now forced to venture into other brands for an equivalent chunky applicator (I've managed to find 2, I won't name the brand's here since this is a Maybelline review).

This is a great brow liner. It is a soft brown and looks great when applied. But, It also makes a wonderful eye shadow pencil too. I have actually used it for both and am very satisfied with the nice lines that it makes and the way the color looks. It goes on smooth and isn't hard to remove either. Wonderful product. I love this Maybelline brow drama pomade crayon. It is so easy to apply and put on. I have used brow pencils and the other stuff that you put on with a brush like mascara but this brow crayon has got everything else beat. It has made it real simple for me and also makes it so it looks like my brows are perfect every time that I use it. What I really love about it is that I do my brows one morning and go through the day and then the next morning I don't have to use the brow crayon again because my eye brows still look perfect from the day before, so that saves me a little bit more of time. I really love the color because it looks more natural and like my own eye brows than some of the other products I have used. When I use the crayon I have to watch really close because it is so smooth going on that you don't think that you have put any on, that is how soft it is. I will be telling my coworkers and daughters about this brow crayon and how great it works. I am definitely going to be buying more of the brow crayon. Maybelline, you have out done yourselves on this product!

The Maybelline new your eye studio brow drama pomade crayon brow liner is pretty good. I tried it and I like the color. The color blended with my eyebrows. I was trying to use just the crayon and not my regular eyebrow tools. I can fill them in but I still have to outline my brow and clean up the brow. It goes on thick so you have to try and make light strokes, which is not easy. the downside is I wanted to eliminate all the extra tools I used form brows and just use this. I was unable to just use this. The best part is that it last all day. I will continue using this and hopefully I will get better. I think it will take plenty of practice. I have been filling in my eyebrows for years. My eyebrows are thin due to an automobile accident. This is a good product but to me with all my experience it was not easy to apply. I will continue practicing it because I love the way it blends with my natural eyebrows. I wouldn't recommend if you're a beginner and don't want to practice.

I am not used to using something like this but wanted to give it a try. The crayon is very easy to use but I would recommend a sharper point for a little more natural look. I have no eyebrows on the outer sides of the brows. When I use the crayon. no matter how I apply it, it just looks like I've drawn a line there. For someone with good brows, it would definitely enhance them.

Too easy to just rub off; doesn't stay filled in and doesn't cover well. I was looking for a Brow PENCIL; one that I've used for several years that I liked but couldn't remember brand. Also the description said it was a 4-Pack; only one was in the box. I wouldn't have paid that much for just one.

I love the color of the brow pomade and how easily it defines my brows but it smears very easily. I thought it would be a stay-put type of brow fill-in considering it is a Maybeline product, but this barely lasts through the slightest amount of sweat without smearing on your face. Don't even mistakingly rub your face because you will totally distort any brow pattern that you have created. I tried to apply it lightly and evenly but because of the size of the crayon it's hard to get that natural look that I'm used to getting with other brow pencils. I definitely would not recommend this product for anyone looking for a natural, all day look. Another thing that I found to be a minus with this product is that it goes on quite waxy. It's not a smooth texture. Don't think that you will be getting a large amount of crayon either. Looks like the customer is being shorted quite a bit of product. The crayon inside the tube is very small and will be gone after just a few everyday applications. Overall, this is not a good Maybeline product to purchase. I would recommend looking to a different brand.
