Maybelline Color Show Nail Lacquer

i stumbled on this after borrowing from my daughter, best polish i have ever used, stays on for ages without chipping and i really use my hands in water a lot, keeps it's shine really well, i have the colour Coral Reef, most likely a discontinued colour but i love it (daughter not getting it back lol), will buy again if i can find it in any colour

Its dries pretty fast, which means you have to work fast, or else it will get funky in application. However, two layers and you're good. It's opaque, shiny and non-streaky. Last for a 2-3 days with regular house work etc, then it starts to chips a bit, but not a lot. Could probably last a bit longer if you're careful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The coverage, appearance and quality of the nail polish is amazing and what I look for - I think the issue with others' reviews are they aren't shaking the bottle!! However, there is one major flaw that ruins the polish. In every bottle of this nail polish I have bought the brush has fallen out of the lid, resulting in me having to GLUE the brush back in. As a result of gluing it back in, glue has ended up in the polish itself and completely ruined it meaning I'll have to stop buying this product - it's becoming a waste of money. I don't know if the brush is meant to detach or not, but if it is then it's ridiculous because you only have about 1cm to hold it.

The good bits: Amazing colour range (Mauve Kiss is my favourite), applies like a dream, great brush shape, opaque formula, dries quickly, great price point, available everywhere.The bad bits: Even with two coats and a top coat, this polish lifted and peeled off my nails after only two days. I was actually able to,peel it all off in the shower. I will try it with a base coat, and hopefully that will resolve this issue, as I love how easy it is to apply, and how great it looks on.

I fell in love with Fuschia Fever and couldn't wait for me to try it, but I was disapointed when I put it on. It was SO sheer. It took me about 11 coats to get what was close to the color. I love all the other colors. but this one wasn't my favorite. :(

I bought two shades, Mod Moss and Vintage Violet. Thank God I got them from the local dollar store. I would have been more upset had I spent any more money on these. Before I shook the bottles, the color seemed extremely separated to the point I thought maybe it was a chameleon type of color. After I put on the first coat, I had to rub my eyes. While it dries very quickly, it looked like I had taken a permanent marker ro my nails. The finish was a horrible matte type almost chalky looking polish. The violet turned out almost black and the moss, I'm not quite sure. I was so excited to try these, but what a disappointment. Sorry guys, you totally missed the mark with this line.

The color in bottle is so beautiful and for the price really has an 'aw' effect. Honestly though it's not worth it, it's like colored water. I applied five, I repeat FIVE coats of orange fix and you can still see my nail underneath. Also the brush is way to short, if I could take it back I would, I'm highly disappointed with this product. WnW and NYC have better colors and quality at a fraction of the price you pay for this waste of polish.

If I could put half a star I would. I love Impeccable Greys color, but I hate everything else. I have to put 3-5 coats on and I still see nail peaking through. I just put it on last night. The next day it started chipping. Change the formula. Please.
