Maybelline Dream Brightening Creamy Concealer, 50 Medium & Deep, 0.11 oz

I often buy cosmetics based on reviews and I noticed this brightener is rated lower however I decided to give it a go because Maybelline is my favorite drug store brand for base products and I like conviniance of a stick concealer... I love it ! It made my skin look very smooth and brightened. I have dry skin but few blemishes so I just need something to even out and brighten. This did the job beautifully. Very natural looking. I wouldn't use this to cover blemishes though, I think the negative reviewers bought this without understanding what it's purpouses are.

This is the best concealer I've used, easy to apply and small enough to carry in my small handbag. Covers up discolored eyelids nicely. Use alone or apply before eyeshadows. Local Walmart stopped carrying this product, thankful I found online.

An excellent product if you buy it for what it promises!brightening!i use it as a highlighter above my concealer covering my deep dark circles and the result is magic!i use it also as a base for eye shadow!of course it can be used alone if you don't need heavy cover but just the light

This concealer is very forgiving. It goes on smoothly. Stays on all day without settling into fine lines. Has a bit of a light reflective quality to it that brightens your eye.

This concealer actually does what it promises. I've been on a quest to find an under-eye concealer that didn't look obvious since I don't wear any other face makeup. This can be very difficult because most concealers that "brighten" tends to look too light on my face when I choose a color that matches my complexion. Not only does this blend right into my skin tone, it's creamy so it applies easily and has a bit of a shimmer. The only problem I can see is that the coverage is not full so if you have very dark circles, I'm not sure if this would work for you. This will be my go to concealer 100%, so I REALLY hope Maybelline doesn't discontinue it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This concealer should be re-named as a creamy highlighter stick! As an undereye concealer it's not very good. It's pretty sheer, the formula is hard and difficult to blend. What it IS great for is highlighting and contouring! I love placing this on my brow bone, forehead, nose, and inner eyes. Its smaller tip makes it easy to draw lines and use it just where I want it.

I recently discovered this at a local drugstore and here's what I found: It is indeed creamy,but it settles into lines,only provides medium coverage and doesn't last for more than three hours. I will say that it is easy to blend but it has a tendency to cling to dry patches. As far as illumination, it performs that function in a half hearted fashion. I much prefer the Better Skin concealer.

I absolutely hate this product and am upset I wasted my money buying it. The quality is terrible. The product was not at all creamy. It was extremely thin. It also did not brighten where it was applied. I had to remove my makeup and start over.

I'm very disappointed! I love this product, and I wear the Fair color. However, when the product arrived, it was at least a few shades darker then the one I have - even though the tube says "10 Fair". I will be returning for sure!
