Maybelline New York Eyestudio Brow Precise Shaping Pencil, Blond 0.02 oz

This brow pencil glides on smoothly and is easy to hold and to use. It doesn't have that shine that some brow pencils have, so I can wear it with confidence. I can create small hair like strokes which look natural and I can use the spoolie to blend in case I want to lighten the colour. This brow pencil allows me to apply soft and natural looking brows. Tip: Try using a shade lighter to your hair colour, I find this helps provide a natural and more complimentary colour. I recommend this brow pencil for any makeup bag because it helps create definition and precise lines for a very beautiful and clean brow look. 

I've been lucky enough to have naturally bushy eyebrows, however this means that the sparse areas within my brows attract a lot of attention, and I was searching for such a long time to find something affordable but effective to get the job right. Fortunately, this product is fantastic and is exactly what I was looking for. The product comes with both a creamy pencil side and a grooming brush on the other side which is ideal for when you're on the go and need to quickly comb through the brows and then use the pencil to even out the pigmentation! I always end up with a natural finished product as the grooming brush is also great for blending the pencil through if it becomes too chunky or dark in certain areas! The only negative to this product is that it gets blunt very quickly and needs to often be sharpened. This means it gets used up quicker but as it is so affordable this isn't really that big of an issue!

I would recommend this product for those who want an instant bold brow or for night time wear.The pencil has two ends; one end is a retractable pencil and the other is a spoolie. I love it when eyebrow pencils have a spoolie end because it quickens up the process when you don't have to reach for lots of different products. The pencil itself is really thin (micro!) and extremely pigmented. When using it you only need a really really light hand, or it can get heavy looking really fast.Unfortunately, this pencil is just not for me. I prefer a really natural eyebrow. This product, even with a light hand, gives a really bold brow. If you like a bold brow, or want it for night time wear then I think you'll love it. The product glides on really easily. With a light hand and minimal effort you can get a bold brow almost instantly.This has no scent, is really easy to use and it glides on. However, if I press too hard the pencil leaves chunks on my eyebrows, so be really careful. It doesn't feel waxy/greasy on the eyebrow which is always a plus.Like I said above, if you like bold brows then you'll love it because it's a great pencil but just isn't for me. 

Entire tip of pencil was broken off and the color eas not the color that I ordered. Color was supposed to be deep brown but what I received was blonde.

At first I thought these pencils were going to be my solution to my hunt for an amazing brow fill in. The color I bought matched my medium dark brows nicely, but like another commenter wrote, these pencils break off in chunks with light pressure, so basically I spent good money on a pencil I only got a few uses out of it before it crumbled away, literally. I'm disappointed Maybelline.

I could not get fine, hair-like strokes with this pencil. I have a steady hand when it comes to applying make-up. However, the pencil is too soft and loses it's form even with the lightest of pressure. Sharpening it did not help either as the tip just ends up crumbling off. Even as a filler, the pencil itself was just too soft. I'm usually a big fan of Maybelline products, but this was a disappointment.

I bought this product yesterday, The colour is great but the actual product sucks. Waste of money, not recommended. Whenever i draw, it gets clog and when I try to brush, it comes off.

Normally I love this pencil its my all time fav but unfortunately with the last two I have bought I've been having trouble sharpening them ( I've tried different sharpeners) and feel as tho I'm wasting my money as only one side will sharpen.

I have a minor scar that cuts through my eyebrow, and I used to use the brow precise micro pencil to cover it. However, I noticed that the micro pencil didn't last me very long, so I was looking for a product that might. I love Maybelline products, so I bought the brow precise shaping pencil in hopes that I could just sharpen it as it gets dull. Unfortunately, this pencil does not go onto my brow smoothly at all, and it crumples at the slightest pressure. It also comes off very easily. I cannot achieve a natural brow look using this pencil.

I am disappointed with Maybelline, because I have always liked and continuously used their other products. But this eyebrow pencil is the worst makeup product I've ever used. If you have oily skin, you can kiss your hopes goodbye. Because its nearly impossible for your eyebrows to get completely filled in without weird streaks or patches. Plus this pencil runs out super quickly, more than it should if you plan on using it everyday.
