Maybelline Snapscara Washable Mascara Makeup, Pitch Black, 0.34 fl. oz.

I love this mascara! It actually lengthens my lashes so that they look like the enhanced-with-falsies pictures in the magazine! Every lengthening mascara makes extravagant claims, and my eyelashes always look about the same, so I wasn't expecting much. I just needed some mascara, and I liked the idea of being able to rinse it off with water. But this stuff lives up to the hype! If only they don't discontinue it, I've found my go-to mascara.

I never leave reviews but I had to for this mascara. I have oily eyelids and spent so much money on the most expensive waterproof mascara only to have panda eyes by lunchtime. I tried this tubing mascara (after reading an article recommending it) and thought oh well it's a good price - I'll give it a go. I wore it one day when I was so hot, sweaty, stressed, exercising - and it did not budge !! I have never used mascara like this before! And it completely washed off in the shower with no scrubbing and no residue left behind. This product will now replace all of those expensive waterproof mascaras I have collected.

I get compliments on this mascara every time I wear it. When I see it in a store I buy multiples since it's hard to find the waterproof version. I got on here to see if it was discontinued and to beg Maybelline to reconsider. I attached an image of one layer of this mascara on one of my eyes and my other eye without makeup so you can see the difference!! I always get asked if I'm wearing false lashes

Best waterproof mascara I have ever tried . Great lengthening, darkening . Washes off without oil , unlike other waterproof mascaras. Washes off with soap or cleanser and water .

This really is an unsung hero in the mascara world. Lately I've been noticing that a LOT of Maybelline mascaras have 'washable' in the name. What does that mean?? I did some digging and I feel like maybe some of these act like tubing mascaras. Some of the reviews have people complaining because it's SO difficult to remove. Well, if you don't know how to remove a tubing mascara, it can be quite a b!tch. I bought it to use as a mascara topper to others that I love but occasionally leave small dots beneath my brows (because I have deep-set eyes). But I've used this on its own and you can get very respectable volume and length. It lasts all day long with no smudging and no dots beneath my brows. I have extras because it's really a great mascara!!

Thanks to aging, I cannot wear black mascara anymore as it is just harsh and makes me look “hard”. Brown is safe, but blah. I started wearing Maybelline Royal Blue. Fantastic. Then I found this purple. Absolutely gorgeous! I have grey-green eyes and they just woke right up with this color. The purple isn't super obvious, but that's why I like it. You notice it in certain light and it's dignified— it doesn't look garish at all. It really lengthened and thickened my lashes too. I now consider this a staple in my very basic makeup kit. I am going to try the Black Cherry to experiment because the price is right and you never know until you try!

This type 'Snapscara' I purchased about 3 months ago. Applies easily and smoothly. Darkens lashes and keeps them separate better than several other expensive brands of mascara I've used over the decades. Others mention issues of clumping and flaking but I've not had those issues- that's WHY I'm a repeat buyer of Maybelline!

Have used this before. A really clean mascara that does not clump or flake. It is buildable and lasts fairly well. The pitch black is the darkest shade of black ive ever seen,! Removes easily. Non irritating as well. Kind of a dupe for Lancome Lash Idole. Maybelline does it right when it comes to drugstore mascara!

The first time I used it, I curled my lashes but for some reason my curls were not holding up (and usually waterproof mascara holds it up) but I thought maybe it just how it was meant to be. I wore it for the rest of the day as the fullness and the blackness was perfect! But when the slightest water hit my eye, it instantly melted. I didn't even need to rub my eye hard in order for the product to fall off. It just wiped off so easily. I paid full price for something that didn't even work.

I LOVE MAYBELLINE WATERPROOF MASCARAS AND HAVE USED THEM FOR ABOUT 50 YEARS. I JUST BOUGHT SNAPSCARA YESTERDAY AND USED IT THIS MORNING TO GO TO MY AQUAROBICS CLASS. IT COMES OFF IN WATER! IT IS DESIGNED TO COME OFF IN WARM WATER!! IT IS NOT WATERPROOF, IT IS WATER SOLUBLE. THATS NOT THE SAME THING. IF I CRY, WALK IN THE RAIN OR GO SWIMMING I EXPECT MY WATERPROOF MASCARA TO STAY ON! ITS SO DISAPPOINTING. I WILL PROBABLY TAKE IT BACK TO THE SHOP AND STAY WITH ANOTHER MAYBELLINE MASCARA BUT REALLY ITS NOT FAIR TO ADVERTISE THE PRODUCT AS WATERPROOF WHEN IT S DESIGNED TO COME OFF WITH WATER!! ITS ON THE LABEL. SO SAD JEAN
