Goes on smooth and does not tear your eye when dragging it across. My eyes change color so I previously had a burgandy like color and used it up though the color looked like my eyes were kind of red around them. This color is gorgeousand lets my eye "pop" whether they are blue or green that day. . I also ordered the blue and used it once-too blue.

If you want blue eyeliner this is for you. I tried it one time and knew this color was not for me. I am 57 and the blue was like an "in your face" blue. I also could not wipe it off before work to use the brown I had also ordered in this brand, It wasn't coming off so I covered it with the brown and it looked awful but I had to leave for work. The blue was also hard to get off with makeup wipes. I wasted $9 on this but only because of the color. It goes on smoothly and normally comes off pretty decent. I do love this brand. Just make sure you want a bright blue when you order this.

my favorite eyeliner atm and i tried many other brands to try to see if there's better but this is the only one that will last for me!!

Being older %26 on a limited budget,but wanting to care about my appearance %26 wear some makeup...I can't always find the brands I use, well stocked in a store.Not only have I found all I needed ordering from WalMart online..but at a great price, plus I get the free delivery %26 items come quickly.

The tip is way to wide leaving a very thick, dark line. It's not for me but I wear light makeup. I was hoping for the tip to stay sharp. Buying cosmetics these days is expensive so I hate it when I can't use them. If you like dark, wide eyeliner this is it.

The description stated a smoky brown. I find this eyeliner has too much of a red cast when it is applied. I don't like the color at all, it is not a smoky brown.

Wrong color was sent, it was supposed to be smoky grey. Color sent was midnight mocha

I did not receive Smokey Gray. I received a dark blue color. I can use dark blue.. I returned it today at the Walmart. Disappointed The young man I returned it to at the store was a very nice and polite guy . Give him a raise
