Maybelline Volum Express The Colossal Washable Mascara, Dark Brown

Have been using this for a while and glad to find it on Amazon. I live in rural area and ordering is convenient for me.

I've been using this mascara for years and recently my eyes have been getting red and puffy , and yes I regularly buy new tubes so wondering if an ingredient has changed in the last couple of months ?

I wish the product didn't dry out so fast, but that's the only downfall. At first, you feel like it's going to last you a long time, then you find yourself with little to no mascara within two or three weeks because there's not enough product or it dried out on its own. Other than that, I love how black the mascara is and the wand. Makes your lashes look fuller.

First 20 or So uses Is amazing and then it gets dry and clumpy and super thick makes your eyelashes stick together

This has been my ‘go to' mascara for a few years. I've tried them all, expensive (high end brands) and inexpensive (drugstore brands), and this one was always my favorite. BUT, something changed and it's now so dry and flaky :( I thought I might've bought a bad tube, but after MANY purchases (because basically I've been in denial that this product is no longer what it used to be, and I've been hoping that just maybe it was me or a bad tube....or five bad tubes), I am convinced the formula has changed, and I hate it! Please bring back the old formula! ‘Why fix it if it wasn't broke?'...

I use to love this! I've been a faithful user for over 5 years. Unfortunately this new product with the different yellow shade is not the same good stuff. The new formula is terrible! It dries up in just a few days, and flakes within a couple hours! I use to be able to layer it on and get a FULL look but now I'll be looking for a new mascara as this gives me a terrible clumpy look.

From reading other reviews I see no response if this is going to be fixed or plans of going back to original formula. I also have used this mascara for a long time and now it flakes and by end of the day i have raccoon eyes. Recommending another of your máscaras doesn't give me confidence to try. My question is , has this issue really been addressed can we, long time customers expect to have the great mascara back any time soon ?

This has to be the worst Maybelline product I have ever bought. Usually I love all Maybelline but this is a huge disappointment. It is easy to apply and looks good on HOWEVER trying to get it off is another matter. Here are the steps I must take to get Colossal Volume mascarra off: Wash face - look like raccoon! Use make-up remover - have black flacks all over face. Use make-up remover again - most flakes gone. Switch to another make-up remover - still some residue. Use second remover a second time - mostly gone. For the next hour or so - put up with flakes falling into eyes. Good Grief! Never again.

I recently purchased two new tubes of this mascara and it's been a favorite for years. But now it flakes, doesn't give any length or volume (yes I'm using it correctly), and leaves a weird waxy build up on my lashes. It took me forever to try and get this stuff off, even with the maybelline oil free makeup remover. Please bring back the old formula, stop trying to make ‘minor changes' to products that were perfectly fine before.

I've been using this for over 6 years hands down was the best even better than better than s3x mascara but now it's changed way to much product comes out and dries up way to quick, seriously 1 week use is all I get out of it now then after a week all you will get is those nasty spider lash! before almost a month so I know its different when you use something Faithfully you can tell these things please fix it or I have to find a new mascara it frustrates me
