This is such a great product to have on hand for those cold days that need an inside activity. The set is complete and very simple to use. The instructions are clear and easy to understand. The kit comes with everything you need to get going with your own cross stitch. The little owl is absolutely adorable. The only thing that might make this easier to complete is an embroidery hoop. And Walmart.com has them available too

We open this up to start working on but decided to wait for vacation time so it can me finished in one shot. This is so cute and with winter coming I see myself in front of the tv with cocoa (marshmallows of course) with the fireplace on doing needle point. Relaxing and enjoying my family. This looks easy enough it is all color coded with tiny numbers. Get your readers for this one.

This pre-printed cross-stitch kit contains everything you need, including detailed instructions with descriptions for whole stitch, half stitch, 1/4 stitch, 3/4 stitch, continuous stitch, back stitch, cast off, and french knots. Once finished, the pre-printed image dissolves easily in water (so be sure not to get the material wet while working!) Read instructions thoroughly before beginning to make note of items such as, 11 ct uses 3 strands per stitch and 14 ct uses 2 strands to a stitch; but for back stitch 11 ct uses 2 strands and 14 ct uses 1 strand (back stitch is final step in working the canvas.) This is a very pretty butterfly and the kit comes with beautiful colors of yarn all neatly organized. The butterfly is a nice size and the directions are understandable although in chinese english. They are printed in color, with diagrams on the actual plastic packaging so no chance of losing them. Eight stitches are taught in the kit. I think this would make a nice gift for a beginner or someone who wants a quick and easy project

I really enjoyed doing this cross stitch. It has been a long time since I have worked on one, and having the pattern on the facric was very nice, especially having kids interrupt and not lose my spot. The kit had plenty of thread and was a nice starter piece to get back into the hobby.

Love this! Easy to see. I have never done a pre printed cross stitch before, it makes it much easier. They give you plenty of thread neatly sorted and of good quality. Will definitely buy this brand again.

This is perfectly stamped on the canvas and easy to follow. It's just as shown in the picture. Super cute!

This kit is a nice size; bigger than I thought. It includes everything you need (it says you don't need a hoop- the fabric is stiff). The fox design is colorful and cute. I haven't completed it yet, but it doesn't look difficult. The pattern is printed onto the cloth in contrasting colors, so you have to use the number as a guide and not the color. After it's done, you're supposed to soak it in water to removed the print underneath your threads. It seems like it would make more sense if they printed the pattern in the correct colors so you wouldn't have to do this, but at least you don't have to count stitches, which makes it ideal for a beginner. The directions are written by someone whose first language is not English. Overall, it's a nice kit though, and I'm excited to get to work on it!

It is a nice size to work with. The Yarn came with it. Not startet yet but I think it is enough yarn to work with it. Only the Owl is painted too colorful, some colors don,t came with the kit. But I like it better how it is on the picture which came with the kit. More brownish and then the colorful scarf. It will be a nice owl when it is done.
