i needed an inexpensive kitchen island for a small space in my apartment. This i got. Also needed extra the shelf side from the it has two shelves . That was my perfect answer to my needs. it was quick as easy to put together. instructions were clear enough. delivery came at least a day early However it is very cheaply made. for nearly $500 i hoped for a little more. the shelves are like a plastic topper cardboard with a thin wood frame. The top looks nice but the rest of it just looks cheap.. looks like the corners of the top turn up a little. the board that divides the shelf side from the bar side shows screws and looks cheap. I am however keeping it because it works for my living space . hoping to put wood on each end to make it look better and add sturdyness to it. . doesnt look as nice as the one pictured
