[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this washer with my new house. I love it . This is by far the best one ive ever owned. I love the cleaning cycle. I love the notices and texts I get when the clothes are done. I would recommend this machine to any one in the market.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like how easy it is to program but I REALLY do not like how there's water standing in both the detergent dispenser and the fabric softener dispenser after the washer is finished. I have to take the whole thing out and empty it in the sink everytime I use it. Also, the top of the agitator pops of everytime I wash towels. I don't overkill it with towels so I'm not sure what's going on. I haven't even had it a month. I had my last Maytag for 13 years so I'm a little shocked at this one.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I received the washer as a gift and I absolutely love it! It's so easy to use! And I love the fact I can get notifications on my phone when the wash is done. So no more going to the basement to check if it's done!

I am NOT tech savvy and I AM a person very much liking things MY way. All that being said, as soon as I learn how (no users manual) to use this machine properly the star rating may go up.

I never overload as there are only 2 of us and I do laundry daily so never have large loads. Not sure machine is getting enough water, have done all the suggestions the manual instructed on this issue, but still not doing a good job.

I am extremely disappointed with this Maytag washer. I purchased it in July 2021 expecting a reliable, long-lasting appliance, but less than five years later it's already failing. It recently started making a loud, grinding noise during the agitation cycle—something you absolutely should not hear from a machine that isn't even that old. For a brand that markets itself on durability and quality, this is unacceptable. A washer is a major household investment, and it should last far longer than a few years without major issues. Instead, I'm now dealing with what sounds like a serious mechanical failure and the inconvenience and cost that comes with it. I expected much better from Maytag. If you're considering this washer, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere—this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience.

only had the washer 2 years and this will be the second time I had to pay a technician to fix error and replace parts. purchased a maytag to be worry free. only my wife and i use it, no kids and wash blankets at laundry mat. should do better than 1 year warrantee.

I thought I would like this machine as much as my Sears Kenmore But I hate it. Think twice before buying this machine.

I have had to get this machine serviced 3 times in the last 5 years. For such an expensive machine this is not ok. Now, I am being told the motherboard is dead, exactly 5 years after purchase. Not sure where to go from here. I had high hopes and am so disappointed.

Advertised as 4.7 cu ft, only half the capacity of the machine can be used without it going out of balance. Further, one needs to wash like items,, such as all jeans, all tops, all sheets, all towels or the machine will go out of balance. This despite four months of following the instructions of the manufacturer on how to load the machine, etc. And do not even attempt to wash a small sofa throw---out of balance. This entire machine is out of balance.
