[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the new washer for about 8 weeks and I absolutely love it! The size is perfect for any extra large loads we may need and with two dogs the additional pet hair filter is amazing! I will say so far the only issue we have run into is the load being unbalanced more often than we noticed with our old washer, but overall not a huge issue to manually redistribute the load when needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The day it was delivered, I done a load of dog blankets to see how well the pet filter works. I absolutely love this washer. It is a lifesaver and takes heartache of dog hairs in our clothes as well. I checked the filter which is easy to remove. It had all the hair inside and just easy to remove. It is like a vacuum sucking all the hair. And no hair is clung to the walls of the washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I am happy with the purchase. The one thing I am unhappy with is how loud the washer is. It makes loud noises throughout the cycle. I love the pet pro feature! This is the only reason I did not give the product 5 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I read the reviews before my purchase and felt the pros outweighed the cons. I have found it does get off balance more often than not, and if you don’t touch the power button just right, it won’t turn on. I believe I’ve found the perfect place for power, as for the balance issues, I’ll never start a load and leave the house, or if I do, I’ll monitor the app and make sure I’m home before the last eleven minutes hit, as that’s when the balancing sensors have been getting stuck.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Information screen is small and confusing to use. It doesn’t show the settings on one window. I have to leave the washer on towel settings to get it to fill enough to rinse the detergent even with deep fill on.

I've been using this washing machine lightly for two months. Suddenly on a quick wash cycle with a single not bulky, not large item, it literally shook itself to death. No product support on the weekend when it happened. I've never experienced anything like this with any other brand. This was my first Maytag purchase.

Washing machine doesn't finish a cycle because the drum is unbalanced even when there isn't much laundry in it. It is a bad design. Plus the mother board has electronic issues that needed parts. I've only had the machine a few months it's the worst machine I've ever had.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This is the worst washing machine I have ever owned. It leaves white residue on my clothes. I have had a tech out to look at it and have done everything suggested. I have to wash my loads two times and still have residue on them. I like to hang my laundry outside and can't do that because the residue is on them! I would NEVER suggest this washing machine to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans well however it will eat your clothes. They have gotten caught in the bottom of the tub and had to be pried out. Additionally, the controls have locked up numerous times and has had to be reset on the machine and/or unplugged to reset to get the machine running again.

The water sprayed everywhere and leaked through my ceiling. Several weeks late I am still trying to get the warranty to fix my machine and fix the damage. I am not happy with the machine or the service.
