MAYTAG MED6230RHW TOP LOAD MATCHING ELECTRIC DRYER

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dryer! It can dry very large loads efficiently. The sensors ensure the items are dried to your specifications. Two features I appreciate are the large door that swings down to make a “shelf” to unload and the lint filter placed inside the drum eliminating the mess that results from a filter on the top.

Still haven't figured out what the "Extra Power" is all about. I gave this machine 5 stars simply because it drives clothes, towels and dog bedding well.

I like the automatic water fill sensing, the variety of washing cycle programs, the quiet operation, the WiFi Program Feature, and the appearance of the Machine. I also am very pleased with the Dryer Features and especieally like the larger drum capacity of both Machines.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer is a huge upgrade from my old one. I appreciate its new features. It senses when the clothes are dried to your specifications. The door swings down offering an area to sort clothing as it is removed. I also appreciate the lint filer placement inside the drum making removal easy and not making a mess on the top of the dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far it seems to be doing a good job drying the clothes. I haven't used it enough to be able to rate it. I do have one thing to say it makes such a loud noise when it runs. I don't know if this is normal or something is not right. It has many options to dry the clothes. It drys the clothes fast but not over dry. It is easy to use. So far I love it except for the noise. I'm going to look into that.

I have not figured out how to do the Wi-Fi app that is available It's a very attractive machine however, the top of the dryer has a slope, and have often used that surface of the dryer for folding & stacking Laundry to be delivered. I think it would be more user-friendly if it was a level surface

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the washer and dryer as a set; very pleased with the drying and ease of use. However, after our first full load of towel we noticed the dryer developing a loud vibrating rattle/buzz that clearly sounded like something was loose or vibrating next to blower. I contacted my local appliance dealer and played him the sound I recorded coming from the dryer cycle. He confirmed it shouldn't make that sound and they switched it out with the same dryer model and very pleased with the dryer overall. Hopefully this was a one time issue.
