(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this dryer recently when my old Kenmore died. This is a great dryer that "sense dries", and gets my load fully dry on medium cycle mush faster than my old dryer. Some of my heavy towels that used to need 2 rounds are now dry in one. I only wish it would beep when done, so that I don't have to keep checking it.

Although there are 2 features on the washer that don't appear. 1) no clock to see how much time is left on the dryer and the washer and 2) there's no ringer to indicate wash is complete. The dryer has the feature but it seems that we have to reset each time we dry clothes, that's a pain

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Pros: The dryer works wonderful. Quiet and lots of drying choices. Cons: The top of the dryer slopes so you can't put anything on top without it shaking off, IE: small garbage can for the lint, box of dryer sheets. The finish is rough, didn't think of it when we purchased it but when you pull the lint trap out lint falls on the surface and is not easy to clean. The door and latch are very flimsy, I have to slam the door to get it to latch and I am scared I am going to bend the door.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We moved back home about a month ago and have been able to do several loads of laundry :) The clothes clean very well and the dryer is also great. Would love to see some smart features like the some of the other appliances as well as the ability to choose the load sizes. These are things we hadn't thought of when we were first purchasing the appliances. Overall they have been great to have. Something else we hadn't thought of is how easy the appliances scratch. The glass on top is already scratched, not sure how, and I'm so worried about the dryer getting scratched.

I bought this nearing a year ago and the machine has never worked properly. I have to run it three times to even get my clothes dry and it does not catch any lint. I have tried going through the product warranty "system" and they are unwilling to help me as nobody can find any reason the machine isn't working properly. I am a VERY DISSATISFIED customer. Don't waste your money on this brand!
