[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought this and performed as expected. It matches my granite countertop and pleased with the features of having self cleaning and easy operation.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this range for about two months now. I love the controls on the range and how it shows that it is hot and the eyes are on. The temperature control for the warm is excellent use. I love the oven part because it has no fan, and I can put more in it. I have not used the cleaning power yet because I have had no spills. The stove top is easy to clean, and I love the no-fingerprint shown on the range. I love it and would recommend it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how sleek this range is and the fingerprint resistant stainless steel is my favorite. The 5th burner being a warming area is perfect when you are cooking a big meal. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new range!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only thing I would change is make the oven light come on when you open the oven door! I don't know why it doesn't... there's a button that i can push to turn the light on, but it's either turn it on and leave it on or off. It doesn't come on when you open the oven door ...that's weird... Otherwise, I love it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, I’m so impressed with this stove. The was a replacement for a newer Whirlpool stove I had. I have to say this product is far superior. The oven heats up much faster, so I can get started cooking sooner. Also the knobs for the stove seem more high quality instead of the cheap plastic ones on my old stove. It seems to resist fingerprints well and has been fairly easy to keep clean, even with stuck on food. The burners heat food to the perfect temperate without having to adjust every few minutes. Overall I’m really happy with this stove. It’s much better than the one I had before.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] *I received this product in exchange for my honest review* This is a great stylish range. The black and stainless steel really make it look nice and slick. The oven heats up fast and is very easy to clean. The stove top works great and the warming section is nice for food that’s done before the rest. Cons? There are a few. Because the stove top is a solid black top, it shows EVERYTHING unless you clean it with special stovetop cleaner AND a glass cleaner everytime you use it. Just use water and soap or all purpose cleaner? Streaks everywhere. Functionality of the stove is fine, but it doesn’t look great after basic uses. The second and third gripe are with the under the oven drawer. To pull out the drawer you have to pull on edge of completely unfinished sharp metal. We placed some stick on felt over it to try and prevent cuts but you shouldn’t need to do that. Secondly, the back of the drawer is SO low that you can only fit one or two pans. Anymore than that and they will slide out the back of it when you open the drawer. It’s never fun having to reach behind the drawer to grab pans off the floor under the oven. The drawer itself is also pretty flimsy. It comes off the track pretty easily and it’s hard to get back on. And if it’s not on perfectly you can tell because it’s extremely crooked. A couple other issues: the light bulb in the oven went out after only a few months of using. The edge of the stovetop also gets burning hot when the oven is running. If a child touched it, it would definitely burn them. While running the oven at 425 degrees, the edge of the stove was a whopping 150 degrees! Overall it’s a great range that functions as it should, it just has a few drawbacks based on looks and secondary functions.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you have a messy cook in the house it is very easy to clean with the steam clean. I have noticed when using the oven at high temps for bacon or pizza, that the vent holes at the front of the stove right where the handle is, gets pretty hot, I bumped into it with my stomach leaning over to adjust the timer. If you have small children, I would definitely keep them away while baking anything. Other than that it is a great stovetop, and temps are accurate and fast to reach temps.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this for a week and am satisfied with it so far except for one thing: The drawer at the bottom is very flimsy and dangerous. In order to adjust the levelness the instructions say to remove the drawer which I did but I cut my hand on the thin sheet metal edge of the drawer panel when I tried to lift it out. You would think the manufacturer would try to do something to keep people from cutting themselves. I purchased some rubberized U-Channel to cover the sharp edges so it doesn't happen again. The drawer asseembly is very flimsy and doesn't slide on the track very well. I don't trust it for storage so it is wasted space.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great purchase! Looks very nice and is easy to clean. The one thing I dislike is that after using the stove top, there is a light which tells you the top is hot but does not indicate which one. It has taken sometime to get use to that.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this product when my Frigidaire Gallery stove element went out. We already have a Maytag washer, dryer and dishwasher. The features on the Frigidaire Gallery were a bit easier to work with but the Maytag is more consistent in baking overall. The Maytag's glass top takes a little longer to heat up too. I am still getting used to the controls on the Maytag stove, but I am sure it will be easy to use.
