(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought the pet pro washer month ago and it does help in removing pet hair. I wish it came with an actual manual or instruction sheet to explain each load options. I know each load does a soak but I would have liked an actual soak option.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) So far works as it's supposed to, the one thing I wish it had was a separate soap and fabric softener compartment.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought my Maytag washer last month and I absolutely love it. The large capacity drum allows me to do larger loads which include bedding/comforter. I love the auto feature of water levels..no more guessing or using too much water. Great machine.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Had this washer about a month and it's been great so far. Cleans well and no issues. Only downsides are the long cycles and no display showing time remaining. Overall, very happy with it.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We are enjoying our washer, it works great and cleans clothing well. The fill option is very nice, especially with kids clothes. The only thing is that a cycle takes longer than our prior machine, but clothes come out clean so that doesn't bother us!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The Maytag Top Load Agitator, cleans the clothes really good, the only downfall with the machine is there is no signal to say the load is complete and no softener container, I know it has an extra rinse cycle which I like and that's when I would add the softener but there is no sound indicator to say it reached that point so I can pour it in, other than that the machine works really well.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Works great but noisy when water comes in, I like the pet option as it catch also hair and Kleenex
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Bought in December of 2025. Previously owned a front loader. Works very well. Things I like 1) big deep tub 2)petpro works great. 3) Wrings out the clothes really well. Things I don't like: 1)no timer - so you don't know when it will end. 2) can't add an item without stopping the washer.
I bought this washer October 20th, 2025. I am extremely disappointed. I had a front load previously, that I wasn't a fan of and wanted to go back to top load with an agitator. Oh boy, I didn't research this machine and I chose wrong. It doesn't have a soap dispenser, so your soap goes right on your clothes. The agitator in this machine is terrible, it doesn't pull the clothing in at all, they stay in the same place you loaded them. The agitator basically spins back and forth doing nothing for your clothes.Yes, I loaded my clothes "for best performance". And it doesn't fill with enough water for large loads even with max fill selected, so with an inadequate agitator and not enough water = dirty clothes or white residue. Please don't waste your hard earned money on this machine, like I did. If I could return it, I would.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I kind of regret buying this washer. First issue was that we noticed there is no where to put your fabric softener in. I reviewed this item before I purchased it and it showed a guy putting it in via a pull out tray on Youtube. This must of been an older model. Why would you stop making it this way? Then your instructions say to add in the softener during the last rinse cycle. Are you supposed to stand there or guess when that is? We had to buy one of those balls for the softener which you can hear banging around during every wash. This machine also uses more water than our old GE as now there's an extra rinse cycle for the fabric softener. There is also issues with the spin and drain. Sometimes it leaves clothes sopping wet. We try and put it on an extra spin and drain but there is issues here too as 9 out of 10 times does not go into cycle and we have to keep trying to use this function. We truly regret buying this model and Maytag in general. It was this machine or LG and we made a poor decision. If we could return it, we would. How is it that after decades of making machines there is now more issues than ever with them. Sad we live in a era of corporate greed and everything is disposable and made to not last so they can sell us another one sooner than later. It's just so frustrating. And I'm pretty sure this review will not be shared for others to see.
