Maytag MVW4005SW 3.8 cu. ft. Top Load Washer, White

The lid lock annoys me a bit because I'm not a child and don't need to be protected from my washer, but that's a minor quibble. Overall, I think a good purchase.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this washer because the group home I work at has one. I thought the washer should be durable because the kids abuse it. So I bought almost the same one. Then the group homes crapped out and it would be more to fix it than replace it. Now I hear these sounds of the sensor and I know that this washer is not going to last very long. The noises sound unhealthy.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I Am NOT IMPRESSED at all. I use the deep fill, heavy duty for all loads regardless of what I am washing and the tub has barely any water in it. I do not see how my clothes are getting clean. I feel we have made a very BIG expensive decision with this washer. My old Maytag washer and dryer was purchased in February 1995 and never needed servicing. I only purchased a new pair because my dryer gave out. The washer was going strong. But, as they say hindsight is 20/20.☹️☹️☹️
