It handles large loads effortlessly and leaves clothes clean and fresh every time. The control panel is straightforward, with multiple cycle options that fit everything from delicates to heavy bedding. It's surprisingly quiet, and the spin cycle does a great job of removing excess water, which shortens drying time. I also appreciate the deep fill option—it's great for bulky items. (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Does a great job washing clothes. My biggest complaint is that it doesn't come with a manual and it isn't easy t find it online. I also don't love that if I have to pause it to put a missed item init drains it and starts again, really annoying and a waste of water, plus I don't know how much detergent stays in with the clothes when this happens.

As a senior citizen I prefer simple with less display buttons that could later require costly repair. I went with Maytag because of its good reputation.

Always reliable and long lasting. This washing machine is bigger then our old one and we can do so much more then before and I love the towel setting in it. Always great quality and the sales staff was amazing.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Our 20+ year old washing machine up and died. The repairman suggested Maytag but suggested a front loader would be best. We didn't have time to wait for the shipment so crossed our fingers and purchased this one. It was one of the few machines that came with a 10 year guarantee for the motor. There was a little bit of a learning curve but, so far, I am extremely happy with this unit. I would suggest, however, that Maytag provide some examples or specifics about what the actual differences are between the many cycles. Titles like "Normal" and "Casuals" don't really say much.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Bought 1 month ago, not happy that my dark clothes seem to have a soap residue on them, and do not like the locking lid feature as if you have to stop the cycle to check the water level and when you close it the cycle starts from the beginning

Purchased this washer and disappointed when compared to my previous Maytag washer that I had for 25 years which was much heavier and worked beautifully but had a leak which made it ready to be replaced. My new Maytag is noisy and seems to jump around at times and I would never use it and leave the house. I do however like the feature that causes clothes to be quite dry when removing them as the spin cycle does a good job. I have noticed that the clothes sometimes have parts that the water does not soak the clothes and are dry when removing with stains on them even when I chose the right cycle.

My previous 25 year old Maytag Performa laundry pair that no longer had parts available was superior quality compared to the garbage you now sell.
