(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Bought this after my Maytag commercial washer quit. Found out it was 25 years old. It was sold with the house I bought 8 years ago and never had a problem with it. Decided to go with another Maytag commercial washer and dryer without too many electronics as that is usually where the problems start. It has a pre soak feature that the old one didn't have. Love the agitator. It is bigger than my old one so I can fit more laundry in it despite the size description being smaller than other selling washers. It has a deep fill and different cycles for the type of laundry I'm putting in. Instructions are easy to understand and operate.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this machine upon a recommendation from a friend. I really like the fact that I can still determine what level of water I would like to use. Some cloths just need extra water because of size, like bed sheets, and towels. Not sure who came up with the water sensing but that should have talked to women first. Also that the loads do not take over an hour to run through. Also like the pre soak option, that the lid does not lock until the spin cycle. Like the different agitator options. I am hoping that the machine lasts me for a long, long time.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We bought this washer a couple of months ago, and we couldn't be happier. This thing is a beast! The cycles are super fast, very adjustable for how much water is being used, and none of the clothes are getting wrecked. I had a front loader before, and it was a pain in the butt. Old-school style all the way.!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this Maytag washer a little over a month ago and so far have had no problems with it. I am very happy with my purchase. I am glad I got the commercial model and I hope that it will give me many years of service.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We've had our washer for just over a month and we're very happy with it. We like that we can choose the water level and after the first wash if our “all whites” load I swear they looked whiter then before!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this product a month ago and I have been very happy with it. It is a little noisier than I was hoping for. It cleans the clothes well and the spin cycle gets 80% of the water out maybe more.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this machine because I have lots of blankets to wash and it fails every time I put a blanket in it or a load of towels never works I have to do drain and spin every time I really don't like the machine
I purchased this washing machine to replace a 25-year-old Speed Queen that was an absolute workhorse. In all that time, it never had any serious issues, so my expectations for a replacement were high. Based on glowing reviews and strong assurances from the sales team, I believed this machine would be a worthy successor. Unfortunately, that hasn't been the case. Just over 16 months in, the machine is already malfunctioning. It no longer spins properly, leaving clothes soaking wet at the end of a cycle. Even worse, it frequently gets stuck in the agitate cycle and will continue endlessly until I physically turn the dial to rinse and spin. The most concerning issue is that it randomly starts agitating on its own—without any water in the machine. For safety reasons, I've had to unplug it entirely. At this point, I'm waiting for a warranty technician to come out and attempt a repair, but the fact that a relatively new machine is behaving this way is deeply disappointing—especially when it was meant to replace something that ran reliably for decades. Based on my experience so far, I wouldn't recommend this washer. Reliability was the main reason for this purchase, and it's fallen far short of expectations.
Purchased one in January 2024. It died in June 2024. Got a free replacement under warranty. Replacement died in Fall 2025. Garbage!
I am extremely disappointed with this washer. It broke down once within the first year, leaving me without a working machine for two weeks while waiting for repairs. Now, just 14 months after purchase, it has broken down again. To make matters worse, the replacement part needed is on backorder with no estimated availability. This leaves me in a position where I must purchase an entirely new washer to replace this one, which is barely over a year old. I expected much better durability and reliability from this product, and it has failed to meet even the most basic expectations. I would not recommend this machine to anyone and strongly urge others to consider more reliable alternatives.
